Q: What Covid measures are in place?
A: We come fully stocked with masks, gloves and sanitiser. We ask all customers to keep as much distance between them and the engineer as possibly.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, We have £5,000,000 public liability, £10,000,000 Employers liability and £350,000 indemnity
Q: How much do you charge for an Electric Vehicle charge point?
A: We do not have set amounts, we price each job individually so we can give our clients our best price. The price would depend on chosen brand of chargepoint, on-site electrical requirements.
Q: How long does it take to issue an Electrical safety certificate?
A: Most certificates are issued same day via electronic format which you receive via email, if you don’t have email we arrange postage which can take up to 1 week
Q: Do you charge for a quote for your electrical work?
A: No, all quotations are free with no obligation.
Q: How can I pay? And when?
A: Payment is due on receipt of invoice, you can pay via bank transfer, or credit/debit card or cash. If you wish to chose card or cash you must inform the engineer before he leaves.
